At Arabian Aroma, we want you to be completely enchanted by your fragrance journey. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Product

  Carefully pack the unused perfume bottle in its original luxury box and protective outer shipping carton to ensure it arrives safely back to us.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
